Guest Chef Night with FareStart Chefs

Join us for a very special Guest Chef Night as FareStart’s chefs come together—from the FareStart Restaurant, Private Events and Community & School Meals Program—to create an inspiring evening. Drawing on their collective expertise, our chefs will collaborate with FareStart students to prepare a three-course menu served by volunteers. The evening is the perfect way to close out 2025 and celebrate the power of community. Proceeds support FareStart’s job training and placement programs.

Second Course: Northwest Forager
PCC Community Markets and Organically Grown wild mushrooms three ways, Bloody Butcher grits, root vegetable demi glace (V, GF)
Third Course: Seattle Freeze
Molly Moon’s Earl Grey ice cream, cold brew granita, honey cardamom tuile
