Guest Chef Night with Chef Zac Reynolds of Cook Weaver

Chef Zac Reynolds, Chef and Owner of Cook WeaverPlease join us as we welcome Chef Zac Reynolds of Cook Weaver for a special evening as we celebrate our students, build community and enjoy an incredible meal. Guest Chef Night pairs premier local chefs with FareStart students to create a three-course meal served by volunteers. All revenue and donations from Guest Chef Night support FareStart’s job training programs.

Zac Reynolds is the chef and owner of the delightfully weird Cook Weaver; a tasting menu restaurant that cooks with lots of local ingredients, cares about vegetarians, and tries hard to be creative and individual.

Amuse: Wagyu Steak Tartare on Brioche

Anchovy butter, bonito flakes

First Course: Crab Fried Chicken

Fresh crab, pickled jalapeños on collard green

Main: Aged Steelhead Fillet

Red curry braised savoy cabbage with bacon and caraway Vietnamese vibe shrimp broth

Dessert: Frozen Apple Pie

Butternut squash ice cream, apple boba, apple ice, broken pie crust
