Guest Chef Night with Chef Shubert Ho of Feedme Hospitality & Restaurant Group

Please join us as we welcome Chef Shubert Ho of Feedme Hospitality & Restaurant Group for a special evening as we celebrate our students, build community and enjoy an incredible meal. Guest Chef Night pairs premier local chefs with FareStart students to create a three-course meal served by volunteers. All revenue and donations from Guest Chef Night support FareStart’s job training programs.

Since its inception in 2008 with Shooby Doo Catering, the group has expanded to include acclaimed dining establishments such as Salt & Iron, Bar Dojo, Fire & The Feast, Shore Pine Coffee & Gelato and MARKET Seafood Eatery.

Shubert’s leadership is defined by his ability to innovate and adapt, establishing Feedme as a leader in the regional dining scene. He has also forged key partnerships with local cultural institutions, including serving as the exclusive concessionaire for the Seattle Art Museum properties and managing dining operations at the Edmonds Waterfront Center, further enhancing the group’s connection to the community.

Feedme Hospitality is slated to open Bar Dojo and MARKET Seafood Eatery at Harvest Woodinville in 2025.

First Course: Charred Asparagus and Shishitos

Butternut puree, pickled peppers, sesame seed, miso-ponzu vinaigrette, fried garlic

Main: Seared King Salmon

Toasted fregola sarda, brown butter caramelized leeks, herb & citrus gremolata, arugula radish salad

Third Course: Passionfruit Tart

Shortbread crust, passionfruit curd, vanilla whipped cream, citrus macerated berries
