Whole Foods Market 5% Day

Whole Foods is a long-time supporter of FareStart and on Thursday, April 18, they are proving that again with their annual 5% Day!

Five percent of any Seattle area Whole Foods Market net sales will be donated to FareStart to support our job training and placement programs.

Our very own Chefs Wayne Johnson and Timothy Delling will be at the Westlake location crafting a delicious lunch alongside Whole Foods Chef Hayden! It's going to be fantastic Jerk Chicken Skewers with Pineapple Slaw!

FareStart will also be at local area Whole Foods between 5 -7 p.m., so stop by and tell us “hi!” Volunteers will be handing out FareStart’s macaroni and cheese. We’ll even give you the recipe, so you can add the ingredients to your shopping list.
