Bio

Jack Wynne's culinary career began in the Detroit area where he started as a dishwasher. His drive and hard work helped him climb the ranks and opened new opportunities. After honing his skill in casinos, Wynne discovered his passion for Japanese food and attended the Tokyo Sushi Academy in Shinjuku-ku Tokyo. Chef Jack Wynne brings 27 years of experience, fresh ideas and a strong sense of authenticity to his position as Chef de Cuisine at 12 Moons in Snoqualmie Casino.
