Chef Justin Lee became the Executive Sous Chef at Snoqualmie Casino after moving to Seattle this past year. He already represented Snoqualmie Casino well at the Bite of Seattle over the summer and was named “Bite Cooks Master” after defeating 3 Seattle chefs over all 3 days. Chef Lee started his career off on the right foot. He trained with the ACF Culinary Youth Team USA and worked at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort while going to school. He got professional experience working in some of Portland's elite restaurants such as Urban Farmer and Departure at The Nines Hotel. Before moving to Seattle, he was the Executive Chef for the Portland Timbers at Providence Park. For Chef Justin Lee, teaching his craft and inspiring up-and-coming chefs to find their passion is the most rewarding part of his job.
