Skills of Barista Graduates

FareStart students have worked and trained alongside professional baristas for the duration of our program. In addition to great proficiency in food handling skills, each student learns to create the entire range of coffee and specialty drinks found in the highest-end cafes and coffee shops. Our program includes a constant assessment of both the quality of each drink, and the efficiency with which it is prepared.
