Chef Benjamin Riggs focuses his passion and expertise on locally farmed and foraged bounty of the Snoqualmie Valley. He brings 20 years of culinary experience and expertise to the Salish’s long history of Northwest cuisine. Leading a team of dedicated and passionate professional chefs and cooks, Chef Riggs brings his insight and creativity to the two restaurants at the ​​Salish Lodge.
