As Executive Chef at Ray's Boathouse, Chef Paul Duncan brings extensive experience to this iconic Pacific Northwest seafood restaurant. Paul blends his use of Asian flavors from Hawaii to Japan to his fondness for fresh, well-prepared Italian food. He was part of the birth of the farm-to-table movement in Portland.
