A true food, beverage and event aficionado, Kevin Siegrist leads our Catering Sales team with over 17 years' experience and countless weddings, galas and special events under his belt. An Icon Award Winner and Sommelier, Kevin's breadth of knowledge spans North America. He attributes the success of all his events to his love of food and beverage and making each event unique, fun and tailored to his clients.
Kristy DeNunzio Catering Sales Manager
Kristy has over ten years of experience in hospitality sales and is here to help you with your next corporate event. Whether you need a swanky dinner to impress your boss or a holiday party that puts the gold leaf icing on the cake, her extensive knowledge of food, beverage and event trends will guide you seamlessly through the process. There is no detail too small for Kristy's skillful eye. She has a degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a strong passion for social justice.

A veteran of the Seattle food and beverage industry, Jeremy has over 15 years of experience in restaurants and high-end catering operations. With his commitment to high standards in ingenuity in all areas, Jeremy will make sure your event is executed successfully from beginning to end as he oversees our Catering Operations.

Jacob Cafferty General Manager, Catering and 700 Virginia
Jacob oversees all our catering operations: the transportation, the staffing, the wares and the service (to name just a few). He has a long history in hospitality and we are so fortunate to have him leading our service team. Jacob's priority is making sure that everything is going as flawlessly as planned.
Wayne Johnson FareStart Corporate Executive Chef
Chef Wayne Johnson officially joined FareStart in 2016 after a long history as a volunteer with the organization. He oversees the food philosophies, concepts and menus across all of our restaurants, catering and foodservice businesses. Prior to FareStart, he was executive chef at Ray’s Boathouse, Andaluca and the prestigious Renaissance Parc 55 Hotel in San Francisco. During his 30+ years in the restaurant industry, Chef Wayne has earned many accolades. He was selected as an Iron Chef Season 9 challenger and had the honor of cooking for the James Beard House in New York in 2002. He also serves as vice president of Culinary Wonders USA and is proud to have coordinated their first Minority Chefs Summit.
Chef Paige BloskeyFareStart Head Chef
Chef Paige has honed her culinary skills in kitchens across the U.S. After starting at FareStart as Catering Sous Chef, her dedication and talent quickly catapulted her into the position of FareStart Head Chef. Most recently, Chef Paige is a recipient of a Les Dames d’Escoffier International 2017 Legacy Award.

Nina is our resident wedding expert. She can answer questions about our two stunning venues or our full-service catering. Nina's amazing attention to detail, thoughtfulness and great sense of style make her an excellent person on your team. She also appreciates the priceless value that good food & good conversation can bring to the celebration; they really make an evening special.

Her love of planning and organization, paired with her experience and smile puts our clients at ease. Originally from sunny California, Michele has come to love rainy Seattle and looks forward to coordinating your next event.

Amanda keeps our office and our clients happy. She'll answer the phone when you call, assist with taking any event payments you'd like to make, and she'll help route any questions you have to the right resource.
