Guest Chef Alexander James

Since joining The Derschang Group, Chef Alexander James has tapped his love for food and hospitality and his extensive, hands-on experience in the kitchen to continue to make Oddfellows Café + Bar one of Seattle’s most welcoming (and delicious) gathering spots.

Chef Alex previously worked at the Seattle Art Museum's TASTE and Garage in Capitol Hill. When Alex steps outside of the kitchen, he spends his time backpacking throughout the PNW and hanging out with friends over an exciting game of Dungeons and Dragons while chatting about all things Star Wars.
