Bio

Chef Alex Wilson first became interested in food when he worked in his father's deli and grocery market in New Jersey. After culinary school in South Florida, he did a stint at well-known New York City restauranteur Danny Meyer’s Blue Smoke. Now in the Northwest, he has been at the helm of local favorite, Oddfellows, for three and a half years.
