As Executive Chef at Novelty Hill - Januik Winery, Seth Fernald expresses his passion for food, teamwork and local ingredients. Prior to coming to the bountiful Pacific Northwest, Fernald honed his rich culinary background for 20 years in New England. He has worked collaboratively with the entire Novelty Hill staff to create the best culinary program they have ever had. Seth and his team are committed to sourcing through local farms and buy many of their products from farms within a 500-mile radius of the winery.
