Maslow’s by FareStart is starting the year off right.

Your New Year's Resolution probably includes eating better, right? Have you tried our Theo Chocolate Caramel Tart? It's definitely better. It's delicious as it sounds! Theo Chocolate is a longtime supporter of FareStart. They're the best chocolatiers around!

Also, with the success of the adoption of Resy at the FareStart Restaurant, Maslow’s will also be using the Resy platform for all of its reservations starting January 15th. If you need to create a Resy account, you can do so here because it’s never too early to start thinking about Valentine’s Day reservations!

Chef Thierry, the famous "Chef in The Hat" of Luc and Loulay, worked with our staff and apprentices to come up with this month’s Maslow’s Meal: Luc’s Sunday Night Coq au Vin. It is the perfect dish for a rainy day and features red wine braised chicken, button mushrooms, caramelized onions, lardons and celery root mashed potatoes. Just stop in and ask for the “Maslow’s Meal.”

The Viaduct is closing so it’s a good thing we’re extending Happy Hour! Join us for drinks and food starting at $3 while you wait out the traffic! 

Happy Hour: Monday – Friday from 3 to 7 p.m.
