Bio

In 2012, Sarah Lorenzen succeeded her mentor, Wayne Johnson, to become executive chef at Andaluca. She gained local notoriety when she beat 15 top Seattle chefs in a cooking contest called Lamb Jam. Chef Sarah has been the executive chef at Maslow's by FareStart, working alongside our apprentices, since 2017.
