Maslow’s by FareStart shows the love

Chef Edouardo Jordan of JuneBaby, Lucinda Grain Bar and Salare worked with FareStart apprentices to create this month’s Maslow’s Meal - Poulet Creole. This dish is an homage to traditional Haitian cuisine and is available for both lunch and dinner. Made with spicy chicken stew, peppers, mushrooms, parsnips, jasmine rice and crispy plantains, you’ll feel like you’re in the Caribbean.
