Bio

Chef Alex Barkley opened Manolin alongside three other Renee Erickson alumni in 2014. This Carribean-flavored seafood spot on Stone Way quickly garnered national attention. Bon Appétit named it one of America’s best new restaurants in 2015. Before manning the wood-fired grill at Manolin, Alex Barkley was the sous chef The Whale Wins.
