An Ethan Stowell alum, Chef Brian Clevenger excels at showcasing flavors with refined simplicity. This Anacortes native has experience at the Michelin 2-star restaurant Hotel De France, the James Beard award-winning Delfina in San Francisco and Seattle's Serafina and Tavolata. Eastlake was the first neighborhood Chef Brian resided in upon moving to Seattle. His fondness for it inspired him to open Le Messe there earlier this year. Le Messe is known for freshly made pasta and simple flavors done well.
