Bio

Ethan Stowell is the executive chef and owner of the highly acclaimed Ethan Stowell Restaurants including Tavolàta, How to Cook a Wolf, Anchovies & Olives and Staple & Fancy Mercantile - to name a few. He is also a member of the Holland America Culinary Council, which brings passion and creativity to dining venues across the Holland America fleet. His food philosophy is about keeping it simple, using fresh ingredients and allowing the food to do the talking.
