Guest Chef Brendan McGill

Inspired and on a mission to get closer to food and the agricultural community, Chef Brendan opened Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island in 2010. Both chef and restaurant earned numerous awards for the micro-seasonal approach to food. Hitchcock features local produce, seafood and meat and Chef McGill grows his own produce and raises his own Mangalitsa hogs on Shady Acres Farms.
Chef McGill continues to grow his repertoire with Hitchcock Deli, Bar Hitchcock, Bruciato, Cafe Hitchcock and new Bar Taglio downtown.
