Bio

Seth is a native of Massachusetts and graduated from Johnson & Wales University, Providence, RI with a BA in Culinary Arts. He has held many leadership roles throughout his career.  Arriving in Seattle in 2013 he worked with Tamara Murphy chef/owner of Terra Plata restaurant in Capitol Hill then became the Executive Chef at the Novelty Hill Januik Winery. He is the Community Meals Head Chef at FareStart.
