Bio

Chef Jason Wilson's tenure spans over 25 years and has garnered numerous accolades, including a James Beard Award for Best Chef Northwest, Food & Wine magazine's "Best New Chef" and Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 under 40." He is the culinary director of El Gaucho's hospitality group. For Guest Chef Night, he will be joined in the kitchen by Chef Jonathan Garcia, Executive Chef at El Gaucho Seattle.
