Bio

David Nichols is the executive chef and owner of Eight Row in Seattle. He has received accolades for his imaginative menus and has been featured in publications locally and across the country. Before taking on the role of executive chef at the newly opened Rider at Hotel Theodore, David Nichols was slinging sophisticated schnitzel and spaetzle at Queen Anne Beer Hall after cooking in New York City for 13 years. In 2015, he was named one of the Top 15 Chefs to Watch by Restaurant Hospitality. Now, he is seizing the chance to leverage his diverse experience and marry it with a passion for local products.
