Bio

Chef Bill Ranniger of Duke's Seafood & Chowder is passionate about sustainable seafood. He has been "writing the menus and stirring the chowder" as the Corporate Executive Chef for over 10 years. He has won several awards, including Most Festive Chef at the Gig Harbor Chowder Contest, Best BBQ at the Bite of Seattle and Best Bite at Signature Chef.

Weathervane Scallop and Wild Prawn

Wrapped with smoked bacon and glazed with a maple syrup butter glaze, with tossed local Duke's-grown butter leaves with teardrop tomatoes, roasted hazelnuts, OMG pears, blue cheese and citrus vinaigrette

ENTREE

Blackened Blue North Caught Cod Tacos

Duke blueberry tortillas, cucumber pico de gallo, house made green salsa, lime aioli, Cotija cheese

Shredded fresh cabbage in organic lime aioli, fresh cucumber pico de gallo, and Cotija cheese with fried chips
