Bio

Chef Aaron Willis is a cookbook collector and a Certified Sommelier. He honed his skills at the Summit House Restaurant at Crystal Mountain, Delicatus in Pioneer Square, and abroad in Berlin and Bali. Currently at Ciudad in Georgetown, he is passionate about the bounty of the Pacific Northwest and dishes inspired by cultures from around the globe.
