Bio

Chef Adam Stevenson brings over 30 years of hospitality experience to his role as Executive Chef at Cedarbrook Lodge. His Seattle career began at Tulio Ristorante as a prep cook under Chef Walter Pisano. He also worked with Armandino Batali, owner of Salumi, to learn the craft of fresh and dried sausage and went on to receive national acclaim for his unique style of salami and cured meats. Simply put, Adam Stevenson is a Pacific Northwest-minded chef and a top-rate culinary talent.
