Bio

Scott Carsberg is one of Seattle's most influential chefs. He first opened a fine-dining enterprise called Lampreia, then, in 2010, he transformed it into the more affordable Bisato. His run in Belltown lasted 20 years, and earned him a slew of accolades. In addition to a 2006 Best Chef: Northwest James Beard Award for Lampreia, Bisato was named one of the 50 Best Emerging Italian Restaurants in the world by Restaurant Magazine. 

William Belickis ran his original restaurant, Mistral, in Belltown for eight and a half years with great fanfare, but shut down the successful restaurant when he was ready for a change. In 2009, he opened Mistral Kitchen in the Denny Triangle, which he guided to the upper echelon of Seattle's dining scene. Although Belickis embraces change, his instance on locally-sourced ingredients has remained constant.
