Scott Carsberg, always focused on simplicity, yet perfection, helped put the Seattle dining scene on the map in the early 1990s. This Seattle native honed his craft at fine dining restaurants on the East Coast, Germany and Italy before returning to open the award-winning Lampreia and Bisato.
