Alderbrook Resort & Spa Executive Sous Chef Adam Hagen has been cooking professionally for nearly two decades. Classically trained in French cuisine by Portland’s Western Culinary Institute and Le Cordon Bleu, he enjoys using these techniques with the local Northwest cuisine on the menu at Alderbrook.
Chef Hagen has been with Alderbrook for over 7 years and has been a FareStart guest chef for each one of those years.
