Bio

The Executive Chef of Tulalip Resort Casino has been recognized for his skill during his long career. He won the Master of Taste "Maître du Gout" Award from the Chefs of America Foundation and has been a guest chef at the James Beard House and on Holland America Cruise Lines. He also is the chef behind the award-winning "Taste of Tulalip" weekend.
