FareStart Graduate Support Services

FareStart offers Graduate Support Services to all of its employers and graduates.

Through Graduate Support Services, FareStart offers support to our industry partners. We understand that food service can be a high turnover industry. We have designed the employability assets we train at FareStart to directly reflect what employers are looking for in their employees. In addition to building these skills as a strong foundation in our program, we offer employer assistance if they feel a graduate is not meeting his or her expectations.  Checking in with our industry partners allows us the ability to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the placement and address any concerns should they arise. This can be a huge time saver for busy Chefs and Managers.

In addition to our relationships with industry partners, we are able to work with students directly, as they make the transition from FareStart to regular employment. It is our goal not only to assist graduates in securing employment, but in maintaining employment. We understand how vital the first few months of a new job can be as employees acclimate to their new surroundings, co-workers, supervisors and job expectations and we are here for support.

Graduate Support Services is always listening and improving. Through feedback from employers and graduates, FareStart’s training program can continue to adapt to changing needs in the food service industry, preparing FareStart graduates for success in the culinary field.
