Lunch is served at the FareStart Restaurant (7th & Virginia) from 11am-2pm, Monday through Friday. Our menu changes every few months, but always features a variety of delicious entrees, sandwiches, salads, and American favorites. We have various vegetarian dishes available and a kid’s menu for your little ones. Each week our kitchen produces outstanding specials! Come in and enjoy!

Chef Chieus’ Crispy Tofu Nuggets, sweet chili dipping sauce
Seared Wild Salmon Cakes, apple fennel slaw, lemongrass vinaigrette

Sandwich: Pan Seared Filet of Alaskan Halibut, smoked bacon, jicama carrot slaw, caper mayo
Entrée: Crispy Canadian Smelt, sauté of savoy cabbage, fennel, beluga lentils, white beans, candied lemon, roasted celery root cream

As one of FareStart’s businesses, revenue from lunch service goes back into the program, helping to fund the important services and training we offer our students.
Lunch also serves as an excellent training opportunity for our students, to experience a working retail kitchen and to gain the job skills that are required for such an environment.
* Parties of eight or more are required to pay for the bill with one form of payment and will have 18% gratuity added to the bill.
