Since 1994, Guest Chef Night has raised more than $4.5 million in support of FareStart’s job training programs. Hundreds of chefs from our area’s finest restaurants have volunteered their time and resources to offer our students a tremendous training opportunity.
For FareStart students, working alongside these well-known and well-respected chefs is often the highlight of their experience here at FareStart, and sometimes even leads to an employment opportunity. Plus, it’s during these dinners that we hold “graduation” presentations for students who have completed the 16-week program. So each Guest Chef Night is a special occasion in many ways.
Guest Chef Night occurs every Thursday at the FareStart restaurant, and attending one of the dinners is a great way to support the program. Reservations are strongly suggested; these dinners consistently sell-out, so make plans now to come join us soon!
