FareStart is a culinary job training and placement program for homeless and disadvantaged individuals. Since 1992, FareStart has provided opportunities for nearly 7,000 people to transform their lives, while also serving over 6 million meals to disadvantaged men, women, and children.
Guest Chef Night Program -- "Seattle's Best Food Lovers Event!"
Every Thursday night, a different Guest Chef works with our students to prepare a three-course meal at the FareStart Restaurant. A very special part of the evening is our student graduation. At 7 p.m. each Thursday we introduce our weekly graduates and celebrate their accomplishments.
