Rates

Rental fees for our downtown venue vary depending on the day of the week and the amount of space you'll need. Fees do not include food or beverage and minimums do apply. Our evening rates are listed here, or see the links below for further details and daytime rates. 

  • Monday-Wednesday Evening: $750 to $1000
  • Friday Evening: $1000 to $1500
  • Saturday Evening: $1500 to $2000
  • Sunday Evening: $850 to $1100

Our flagship FareStart Restaurant is an urban oasis between downtown and South Lake Union. Whatever event or gathering you might be planning, we'll work with you to make it a memorable success.

The spacious FareStart Restaurant can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception. We host wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate receptions and successful fundraisers in this modern and warm venue.

Our private dining & meeting room can host 8 to 60 guests in a variety of set-up options. It serves perfectly for business functions and can be configured for seamless transitions between meals and presentations. We invite you to come by for a visit and brief tour anytime!

Menus and beverage service

Our catering team will work with you to create a menu that matches the budget and flow for your event. Service is always friendly and attentive while allowing your attendees to stay focused. We offer a wide selection of coffee, tea, non-alcoholic beverages, wine, beer, liquor and champagne. If you have special beverages that you would like to have at your event, you are welcome to bring them in for a nominal fee.
