Catering with a Cause
As one of FareStart’s businesses, revenue generated through FareStart Catering goes directly to support the FareStart job training and placement program, helping students transform their lives and build new futures. In addition to providing critical funds for our program, FareStart Catering also offers students the experience of preparing elegant, gourmet, and personalized cuisine for our customers.
FareStart has a number of different options for fulfilling your catering needs. Pick from one of our two exclusive venues – the FareStart Restaurant at 700 Virginia in downtown Seattle or our new venue at Pacific Tower on Beacon Hill. FareStart can also provide full service catering at your location. And finally, many of our items are available for pick up or delivery.
NEW! Catering at Pacific Tower on Beacon Hill
FareStart’s newest catering venue at the historic art deco Pacific Tower has180 degrees views stretching from the Olympics through Puget Sound, Seattle, Lake Washington, Bellevue and finally to the Cascades. This stunning backdrop will transform your meeting, reception, wedding or party into an elegant event! Never available to the public before, this venue can accommodate up to 250 guests for a reception and 120 for a sit down dinner.
Catering at FareStart Restaurant
The spacious FareStart Restaurant dining room is ideal for special occasions, and our private dining room is perfect for meetings and business functions, as well as intimate dinner parties.
The entire facility can accommodate up to 300 guests for a reception, and the private dining room can accommodate up to 60 guests. Our catering menus are made with superior ingredients and attention to detail. Dining and beverage service is flexible with multi-course meals, buffets, passed hors d'oeuvres receptions, and bartending services available.
FareStart Catering offers full service catering at other wonderful venues throughout Seattle. Our Catering Coordinator will visit your venue and provide you with a specific estimate as well as assist you with menu recommendations and logistics. Costs for off-premise catering include food and beverage items, an off-premise service fee, labor, and rental items. Plated meals are not available foroff-premise catering.
Delivery or Pick-Up
Items from our catering menu are available for pick-up or delivery. For delivery, there is a $75 fee and a $500 minimum food purchase. We do not charge a fee for pick-up, but we do require a $300 minimum purchase. Hot buffets and plated meals are not available for delivery or pick-up. We recommend you place your delivery or pick-up order 7 business days prior to your event.
